Faq: Life & SUCCESS COACHING, WORK-LIFE BALANCE
How will I benefit from life coaching?
Through coaching you can:
- Find balance in your life
- Improve your personal and professional
relationships
- Become the leader in your life
- Set priorities and stay focused
- Find time and energy for all the important
areas of your life
What happens in a coaching session?
I listen to you and help you find the answers that
are most valuable to you. I ask questions to help you focus,
learn, prioritize your goals -- and I inspire you to achieve
them. I champion you to be the best you can be. We look at
different perspectives on the issues you are dealing with
and choose the solutions that empower you.

What are your credentials?
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active
Coach (CPCC), and graduate of The Coaches Training Institute
in San Rafael, California, one of the most distinguished coaching
schools in the world. I am also an Associate Certified Coach
(ACC) and member of the International Coach Federation. "An
ICF credential is the hallmark of excellence in coaching,"
says Pamela Richarde, president of the ICF. "Our credential
ensures the public that a coach has committed significant
time and resources to achieving excellence." Ultimately
though, my credentials are the success stories of my clients.

say.
How is life coaching different from therapy?
A therapist is trained and licensed to work
with diagnosable psychological conditions; a coach is not.
People work with therapists to resolve psychological conditions
that are rooted in the person's past history. People work
with a coach to focus on their current life and create action
plans to turn dreams into reality.
What are the ethical standards of
coaching?
As a member of the International Coach Federation,
I practice and endorse the ICF
Code of Ethics.
