Before I select and train these Associate Coaches to deliver my program, they must already:

• Be certified with the Coaches Training Institute;
• Be members of the International Coach Federation;
• Have a commitment to the high ethical standards of the International Coach Federation;
• Have an unrivaled commitment to their profession with more than 100 hours of face-to-face and virtual training;
• Have more than 100 hours of coaching experience;
• Have a proven track record of success; and
• Have achieved outstanding results in their own life.

There are very few coaches worldwide who meet my high standards.  This stringent selection process is what makes my associate coaches the highest quality that you have come to expect and trust from me and my name.

Associate Coaches are based in Vancouver, Toronto and Chicago. They coach in English and Spanish and work with business people locally and around the world.
